There is something for everyone to enjoy throughout our 114th Carnival Week, from much-loved competitions and creative challenges to fun-filled activities for all ages. Whether you are joining in, exploring the town, or cheering others on, find out how to get involved by clicking on each event.

About the event
Throughout Carnival Week, the Marquee will be open for collecting and submitting competition forms, as well as sharing details of the activities taking place across the week. It will be a handy hub for anyone wanting to take part, find out more, or see what is on offer.
There will be plenty of ways to get involved, with competitions and activities for all ages to enjoy. This year’s ‘Under the Sea’ theme will run through the Best Decorated House competition, so keep an eye out for the wonderfully decorated homes and buildings around the town.
You are also invited to take part in Window Spotting, with participating shops displaying stickers to show there is something unusual to find.
Creative entries are also encouraged, with the Limerick Competition beginning with the line, ‘A Mermaid in Yarmouth called...’, alongside the Crossword Competition and the Miniature Gardens competition. For the latter, any container…
