Bring your own paddleboard or dinghy and join in the fun on the water, with prizes up for grabs and plenty to enjoy throughout the event. With food stalls on site, or the option to bring a picnic, it is a great way to spend the day by the river.

About the event
Join us from 12.30pm on the River Yar, just off The Green, for an enjoyable afternoon of River Sports. Participants are invited to bring their own paddleboard or dinghy and take part in the fun, with some boats potentially available on the day.
With various food stalls on site, or the option to bring a picnic, it promises to be a great day by the water, with prizes presented during the event. River Sports is kindly sponsored by Harwoods of Yarmouth.
Please note that anyone taking part does so entirely at their own risk. Participants, or where appropriate their parents or guardians, are responsible for ensuring that they are competent and that their boats are safe for the conditions on the day. All participants must wear an appropriate buoyancy aid at all times whilst in or near the water.
