Yarmouth’s annual Easter Duck Race brought lively crowds to the harbour on Easter Saturday as nearly 1,500 rubber ducks bobbed their way down the River Yar in one of the town’s most beloved holiday traditions.
Hundreds of spectators lined the Yar Bridge and riverbank to cheer on their sponsored ducks. A steady tide made for an exciting race. There was stiff competition for the best dressed duck competition. This was won by Gotrel Jewellery, so who will win in 2026?
2025 saw the return of the Easter Bonnet competition. Before the race children and adults paraded their wonderfully inventive creations and prizes awarded.
